About the Staff
Dedicated Faculty & StaffOur experienced and talented faculty and staff are the backbone of the E.E. Just Environmental Leadership Institute. Teachers who are experts in their field bring a rich background of environmental science knowledge and inquiry-based teaching experience to the program. Their passion for learning is positively contagious and they possess a unique ability to facilitate self-directed learning and inspire curiosity. Residential Counselors are motivated, responsible and energetic young teachers as well as college and graduate students who have demonstrated academic excellence. They are carefully selected for their maturity and ability to work with young people. All E.E. Just Environmental Leadership Institute staff participate in an extensive training session prior to the start of each summer program.
